Alliance CAS, LLC Text Messaging Terms of Use

By "Opting In" to or using a "Text Message Service" (as defined below) from Alliance CAS, LLC, you accept these Terms & Conditions. [IF APPLICABLE: THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED BELOW.]

This agreement is between you and Alliance CAS, LLC. All references to "Alliance CAS, LLC," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Alliance CAS, LLC, 2200 N. Commerce Pkwy, Suite 200, Weston, FL 33326.

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in to or use this Text Message Service.

Definitions

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies). This Text Message Service consists of conversational, one-to-one messages exchanged between you and an Alliance CAS, LLC employee; it does not include bulk or automated marketing messages.

Consenting to Text Messaging

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our website at www.alliancecas.com, incorporated herein by reference.

E-SIGN Disclosure

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records by contacting us at it@alliancecas.com. This is separate from withdrawing consent to receive text messages, which is handled as described in "Opting Out of Text Messages" below.

Alliance CAS, LLC Text Message Service Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn't limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are not included in any information shared with the vendors described above and will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose.

Nonetheless, we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and is not intended to modify our general Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference above, which may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

Costs of Text Messages

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this Text Message Service. Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

Frequency of Text Messages

This Text Message Service is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and our employees — it is not a bulk or marketing messaging program. Message frequency varies based on your ongoing conversation with your Alliance CAS representative. We may send an initial message providing details about the service; after that, the number of messages you receive depends on the nature and pace of your conversation with that representative.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use Microsoft Teams to facilitate text message communications between our employees and clients. This includes:

    • Sending and receiving text messages
    • Secure message storage and backup through Microsoft cloud services

Microsoft is contractually bound to protect your information and complies with industry-standard security and privacy practices. For more information about Microsoft's data handling practices, visit https://privacy.microsoft.com.

Important: We do not share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting Out of Text Messages

If you no longer want to receive text messages from a specific Alliance CAS, LLC employee, reply to any of their text messages with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Because this is a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests apply only to the specific employee and phone number you are messaging with — it does not opt you out of communications from other Alliance CAS, LLC employees or phone numbers. After unsubscribing, we may send you a one-time confirmation text.

To withdraw consent to electronic records (separate from opting out of text messages), contact us using the information below.
